  2009 Fair

The Lee Civic Center & Southwest Florida & Lee County Fair is the largest indoor/outdoor event complex between Tampa and Miami.  It is a modern facility located on 100 acres in Ft. Myers, Florida with parking for 2500 vehicles, and is convenient to downtown area, with many restaurants, motels and hotels nearby.

Our Fair grounds area provides a  midway, RV hookups, horse and cattle barns and a picnic area with picturesque lakes.  

Our facility is easily accessible to I-75 and the Southwest Florida International Airport making it a fantastic place to hold or attend an event

LEE CIVIC CENTER:    The Civic Center is the main building on the grounds consisting of 90,000 square feet and a reserved seating capacity of 7,800.  Five Dressing rooms, 2 Overhead Doors, and retractable seating making it ideal for Concerts, Circuses and Trade Shows we hold there.  The building can accommodate 230 (10 x 10) booths with electric and phone service available.

EXPO HALL:    The Expo Hall is a 15,000 square foot climate controlled building. There are rest rooms and a limited food concession area. The Expo Hall is perfect for smaller trade shows, seminars, wedding receptions, banquets, class reunions.

CLUB HOUSE:   A 2500 square foot building which is ideal for small meetings or for clubs to use as a gathering place.

PAVILLION:     The Pavillion is 17,000 square feet.  This can be use for many different types of outdoor functions.  This has open sides, and full electric hookup.  A great area for company picnics, concerts, dances, and much more.

GROUNDS MAP: Our facility is set up to offer RV sites for the vendors.  Water, electric and dump stations are available.  There are also restroom facilities on the grounds.

The Lee Civic Center draws from a five county area, having a population of 1,000,000 in season, throughout Southwest Florida and is within a 3 hour or less drive from Tampa, Miami, Orlando and Sarasota.
